Custom die-cut packaging cards also known as die-cut inserts, pouch cards, or backer cards, are used to securely hold single or multiple surgical instruments and medical devices in an organized and stable position. Packaging cards are also used for devices that may require an extra level of sterile barrier protection.

They are manufactured from a variety of thin gauge films such as HDPE, PET-G, or Polystyrene, making them an excellent cost-effective packaging choice.

Designed to ship and store flat, they are an ideal solution limiting packaging weight and volume as well as utilization of materials.
